• Pharmacies must pay the required subscription fee on time to remain active on the platform.
• Failure to pay may result in restriction or suspension of the pharmacy’s account.
• Only eligible pharmacies will be listed, subject to MediSehet’s review.

2. Payment Handling and Commission

• All online customer payments are collected by MediSehet.
• Payments are disbursed monthly to pharmacies after deducting our platform commission (0.3% per order).
• Delivery charges are retained by the platform and are not transferred to pharmacies.

3. Order and Inventory Management

• Pharmacies are responsible for keeping product information and stock up to date.
• Consistent delays or order cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

• Your pharmacy's information is stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel.
• MediSehet does not sell or share your pharmacy's data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

5. Account Conduct and Restrictions

• Unethical behavior, fraud, or policy violations may lead to restriction or permanent ban from the platform.

6. Policy Updates

• This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Pharmacies will be notified upon changes.
